Cetinje is a symbol of Montenegro and Montenegrins, their foundation and cultural capital. 15 kilometers from Cetinje there is a mausoleum in Lovćen. It is located at 1660 meters above sea level and Petar II Petrović Njegoš rests here. From this place there is a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding parts of Montenegro.
Another place with a beautiful view is Orlov Krš. Here is the mausoleum of Bishop Danilo, the founder of the Petrović-Njegoš dynasty. It was built in 1896 according to the design of Princess Jelena and is considered a viewpoint that offers impressive panoramic views.
